Services

Individual Therapy

I provide therapeutic services to those located in Colorado and Delaware. Most sessions are conducted via a secure HIPAA compliant platform. In-person sessions are available on Thursdays only, located in Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs.

Relationship Therapy

I offer counseling and support for those in relationships looking to enhance communication and understanding. I work with monogamy couples and ethical-non-monogamy couples. In-person sessions are available on Thursdays only, and located in Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs. Otherwise, sessions are held via a secure HIPAA compliant platform.

Education and Coaching Sessions

My educational and coaching sessions are different than therapy sessions. These sessions are specific to sexual education. They are educationally focused to learn about and understand sexuality. The level of support and nature of the sessions are tailored differently, either to individuals or groups.

This service is offered to anyone regardless of location.

Consulting

My consulting services include, trainings, webinars, staff retreats and conferences. My clients include businesses (DEI), organizations, and professionals seeking expertise on tropics related to sexuality and mental health.

It is recommended to set up a consultation meeting to establish your agency goals to tailor the presentation to best meet your needs.

The cost of training, consultation, and travel (if needed) will be negotiated.

Complimentary Consultation

We will set up a 15 to 20-minutes chat, either via telephone or video to discuss if we are the right fit for each other. I will answer any questions you have for me.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

 Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose or a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
